Transforming Land, Enriching Life
Our mission is to restore and enhance soil ecosystems through regenerative practices, education, and hands-on application. As a collective of soil health specialists, we offer a multi-faceted approach—combining diverse expertise to provide well-rounded, science-backed solutions. By working as a team, we streamline support, solve challenges collaboratively, and ensure stronger, more sustainable results for your land. The work we do is grounded in scientific principles, practical experience, and a deep respect for natural ecosystems. By connecting research, education, and direct experience, we help create healthier soils, more productive landscapes, and resilient communities—ensuring a future where soil is seen not just as dirt, but as a living foundation for all life.
At Growing Soil Health Collective, we help farmers, gardeners, ranchers, land stewards, and conservationists who are passionate about regenerating their soil and growing more resilient, productive landscapes. Whether you’re a farmer looking to improve your soil, a home gardener wanting healthier plants, a landscaper aiming for sustainable soil solutions, or a rancher focused on higher-quality forage, we provide the tools, education, and services to support your success. In short, if you are growing plants, then we are here for your soil health needs.
About Soil Health

The Benefits of Growing Soil Health
- Economic Gains: Lower input costs and increased yields for anyone growing food.
- Improved Plant Health: Reduced need for chemical inputs like fertilizers and pesticides.
- Water Retention: Enhanced drought resistance and water efficiency.
- Carbon Sequestration: Supporting the fight against climate change by storing carbon in the soil.
- Ecosystem Resilience: Supporting biodiversity above and below ground.
Our Methods

Regenerating the land and teaching others to do the same. With decades of combined experience, we offer products, services, education, and attainable solutions that support healthy landscapes.Â
- Soil Testing and Analysis: Microscopy (biological soil tests) to understand microbial quantity and diversity.
- Biological Soil Amendments: Creating biologically rich amendments (high-quality compost and biochar) to restore soil health.
- Inoculation and Monitoring: Introducing and maintaining a balanced microbial population.
- Mineral Soil Balancing: Adjusting nutrient levels and ratios to ensure optimal availability and prevent nutrient imbalances.
- Customized Plans: Tailored solutions for farms, gardens, and landscapes.
Meet the Growing Soil Health Collective Team

Amber Anastasion
Amber Anastasion is an herbalist, gardener, and educator dedicated to cultivating thriving ecosystems through a deep understanding of nature and systems thinking. With a Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability Management, she approaches her work as a powerful form of climate activism, believing that working with nature—not against it—is key to building healthy, regenerative environments.
She emphasizes the soil food web as the foundation for restoring balance in a system disrupted by harmful practices. By harnessing the power of composting, microbial life, and natural gardening methods, Amber empowers individuals to grow food in a way that regenerates the land, nurtures biodiversity, supports nutrient-dense food production, and strengthens local ecosystems. She believes that restoring soil health and fostering native habitats—both visible and microscopic—is an impactful climate solution available to everyone today.
Josh Weybright - Bright Way Ag.
Josh Weybright is the owner of Bright Way Ag., a company dedicated to helping growers, gardeners, and land stewards restore soil health through biological and mineral balancing. Josh launched Bright Way Ag in 2021 in response to growing concerns about soil degradation, supply chain disruptions, and the need for nutrient dense food.
With a deep passion for soil biology, Josh specializes in soil and compost testing, providing science-backed insights to help growers optimize their land naturally. Bright Way Ag. is a Certified Lab through the Soil Food Web Institute, ensuring that every analysis and recommendation is rooted in cutting-edge microbiological science.
Based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Josh works closely with growers, gardeners, and land managers across diverse landscapes, offering consultations, workshops, and hands-on guidance to empower others in regenerating their soil.
For Josh, soil isn’t just dirt—it’s a thriving ecosystem, and he’s committed to helping others unlock its full potential.
Casey Williams - Full Circle Soil Health
With over a decade of hands-on experience in regenerative agriculture, soil microbiology, and sustainable land management, Casey Williams is dedicated to restoring soil health and caring for people, land, and nature.
As a certified Soil Food Web Consultant and Mentor, Casey works at the intersection of soil biology, composting, biochar production, and regenerative farming. He trains and mentors students worldwide, guiding them in microscopy, high-quality compost production, and data-driven soil restoration practices.
Casey has Permaculture Design Certificate (PDC) and Permaculture Teacher Training credentials, further equipping him with the expertise to design ecologically sound landscapes and teach others how to apply regenerative principles.
Through direct application of microbially rich amendments, biochar, and soil mineral balancing, he helps land caretakers—gardeners, farmers, and growers—transition away from extractive practices toward self-sustaining, biologically active soils. His approach emphasizes practical, science-based soil assessment and restoration techniques to improve plant health, nutrient cycling, and long-term soil fertility.
Casey is an active educator and speaker, leading workshops and presentations on many topics related to regenerative agriculture across New Mexico and beyond. He continuously refines and experiments with composting techniques, biochar production methods, and amendment application strategies to maximize soil resilience, carbon sequestration, and ecosystem regeneration.
His mission is simple: to empower people with the knowledge and tools to regenerate soil, grow healthier food, and cultivate thriving ecosystems.
We proudly serve New Mexico- Santa Fe, Albuquerque, the East Mountains, and beyond.
